Propellor
May 25, 2008

I have given up on the prop from Props, Inc. I sent the prop back for repitching/adjustments many times (so many that I lost count - I think six or eight) and the performance of the prop never really changed. I certainly spent enough money on it to think that I should have gotten more than a nice peice of wood hanging on the wall. In their defense, I'm sure it is hard to tune a prop for an automotive conversion but I would not have guessed that it was this hard.

Update: Too much pitch.  Reverted back to my old Warp Drive until deciding what to do. I have just switched a Props, Inc. 54x44 two blade wood prop. So far the results are ok. Still a bit over-pitched but working.
